Hi, I'm Afsar

I operate production miners on Bittensor Subnet 13 (Data Universe) and contribute fixes to the subnet's validator code. I'm a systems and network engineer since 2001 who now builds with AI coding agents.

Merged into macrocosm-os/data-universe

  • #892 Treat scraper errors as "no evidence" instead of miner failures
  • #891 Don't penalize miners when the validator's upload leg fails
  • #885 Restore a small byte-diff tolerance in X content validation
  • #882 Restore 10-byte tolerance in Reddit content validation
  • #866 Accept media-only tweets in S3 validation
  • #865 Accept Reddit comments in on-demand metadata checks
  • #844 Don't penalize miners for validator-side OD download failures
  • #834 Preserve None for optional fields in S3 validation

Focus: validator correctness · incentive-mechanism fairness · miner reliability engineering

Background: BBA (MIS) · MCSE · MCDBA · MCSD · CCNA · CompTIA. GPU mining 2019–2021.
