Update the in-app SDK filename with the version bump
After the dashboard is versioned as 1.0.0 and the release pipeline publishes only tally-local-sdk-1.0.0.tgz, the Setup page still tells new project owners to run npm install ./tally-local-sdk-0.1.0.tgz in apps/tally/components/setup.tsx:8. A user following the primary in-app onboarding flow with the 1.0 release assets therefore gets a missing-file installation failure; update this instruction alongside the version bump, preferably deriving it from a shared version value.

Release Tally 1.0.0 with a documented private-installation and schema 1 compatibility contract, an npm-installable SDK tarball with checksums, and coherent version and upgrade instructions. The npm scope remains provisional; no registry publication is claimed.
Correct the README's pnpm 11 archive destination so its exact packing command writes to the documented directory. Update Sharp to 0.35.5 for the published patch. Application, collector, UI and SDK runtime behavior remain unchanged. Strengthen the independent consumer check to use the documented npm route and verify both ESM and CommonJS.
Fresh local validation passed 16 unit tests, both production builds, root/workspace typechecks, production audit, Docker owner/project/browser flow, 13 strict collector checks, independent SDK installation and real ingestion, native WebMCP persistence, restart/backup/restore/upgrade/retention and capacity fixtures. Independent final review found no candidate blocker.
Publish only the exact main commit after the full existing verification job passes. The publisher validates the complete same-run SDK asset set and uploaded digests before creating the stable tag and publishing. Exact public CI, live publication and released-artifact acceptance remain delivery gates.
