Functionality Updates for summary.py

While operating the code, I found that that some sections of the code did not work as intended.

e.g) summary.py line 86
outputfiles.sort()
is not working properly because of file name base sorting

I modified these parts and added visualization code for some of the results on summary.py.

Now it returns Avg Acc results and Some confusion Matrix and Acc Graphs at result directory
