Issue with "up" Drawer with snap-points
Drawer with swipeDirection "up" behave correctly most of the time.
Quick note: it has no "handle" like the "down" drawer. I can do a quick PR to add it if it's something that should be added globally
The issue is with snapPoints.
Correct behaviour (down drawer)
With down Drawer, it behave correctly, it display the top of the drawer content, then dragging open the drawer entirely, then we can scroll inside if needed.
Current behaviour (up drawer)
When opened at first snap point, only the BOTTOM of the content is displayed.
When we drag the drawer down, the "bleed" behaviour doesn't work. We can drag it down forever. This is an issue specifically when using snap point since it works perfectly otherwise
Wanted behaviour (up drawer)
We open the drawer at first snap point. Only the "top" of the content we want to display appear.
We drag the drawer down entirely, we have the whole available content that display. We are allowed to scroll down entirely
We can close the drawer using the handle and quickly swipe up
When we are at the bottom of the scroll (in the case there is one), we are able to "drag" to close the drawer.
I'm trying to fix it directly myself but this is quite obscure for me and i'm not succeeding so far.
