This PR removes deprecated private transaction functionality from the Alchemy documentation and API specifications. The changes clean up references to private transaction methods, redirects, and related tutorial content that is no longer supported.
- Remove private transaction API methods (
eth_sendPrivateTransactionandeth_cancelPrivateTransaction) from OpenRPC specifications - Clean up redirects and update tutorial references to remove private transaction content
- Remove compute unit cost entries for deprecated private transaction methods
