Support for 'Each' and 'On the...' (like TBRepeatPicker) #8

Hi,

I noticed this doesn't yet support 'Each' and 'On the...' for the Custom Monthly & Yearly frequency. The Obj-C version TBRepeatPickers seems to support this.

Any plans for adding this? If yes, do you have a timeframe more or less?
