Adds a default backfill date limit of 30 days with a filter. Also adds a block setting with a select box dropdown for setting the limit to 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and no limit.

Resolves #440

If we had logic leveraging this wp_curate_backfill_days, then this will effect ALL queries? For instance, this would then ignore the Backfill Date Limit in the <SelectControl> in components/QueryControls/index.tsx?

If this is the case, I feel like this may bring up create some UX confusion.
