* a bit more flexibility in the CLI for combine/subset/query * fixes default time unit in subset * removes file option from subset, makes clearer how to combine with prefixes on subset and combine * makes sure attrs are copied over correctly * changes CLI of subset to make it match combine * merges subset and combine into resample * CC decided to guess the valid time units rather than search or ask for them
