Hi, I'm André Calil 👋

Lead Full-Stack Engineer with 20+ years of experience, working remotely with US companies as an independent contractor since 2011. Based in Florianópolis, Brazil (GMT-3, overlaps with US East Coast business hours).

I delegate the predictable and own the consequential: I'm at my best leading small teams through ambiguous, high-stakes product work, from architecture to shipped feature.
