Changes:

• phylogenies are set up in Setup() (rather than base world constructor)
• additional phylogeny mode for SGP organisms: parent tasks and cycle count

Todo:

• use parent cycle count
• symbiont phylogeny test
• avoid adding task-cycle-binned to base enum/map
