hamburger menu on mobile doesn't do anything (firefox android)

Clicking hamburger on top left doesn't seem to do anything

I would like to work on this issue (#117).
I have reproduced the problem on Firefox Android where the hamburger menu does not respond on tap.

I can investigate the root cause and submit a fix.
Please assign this issue to me if it is still open.

It appears that the bootstrap upgrade may have fixed this issue

Tried it on web and mobile and both worked! https://datafusion.apache.org/blog/
Had to hard refresh on web to get the latest bootstrap library
