PR for NUTCH-3040.
I performed a diff of Nutch core dependencies against those defined in the Hadoop 3.4.2 branch LICENSE-binary file.
I've run tests locally using sebastian-nagel/nutch-test-single-node-cluster. 👍
On a different thread, I'm going to set up a Jenkins job for the above repository so we can smoke test future PR's like this one.
