raise animalsniffer Android API minimum to 34 - #127

API 34 (Android 14) is the first level whose core libraries cover the Java 17 API (java.lang.Record, String.stripIndent, Stream.toList), matching the Java 17 baseline. Also update the gummy-bears signature to 0.16.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
