Update MCP CLI clients table with August 2026 metrics - #370

Refresh stars, commits, contributors, and activity in the MCP CLI clients table (GitHub data as of August 2026), and add activeing123/mcptoon. Feature corrections found while re-checking each client: mcporter now has a `resource` command, wong2/mcp-cli does support stdio, and adhikasp/mcp-client-cli has no MCP resources or prompts (its `--list-prompts` is local LLM prompt templates). Adds activeing123/mcptoon to the MCP CLI clients table and refreshes the whole Related work section with current GitHub data (August 2026). Each client was re-checked against its actual source and command surface, which turned up a few feature errors.
