Dependency limits node version to 20, 22, or 24 #257

@parse/node-apn introduced a change in April where they limited the node version engine to 20, 22, or 24. These limitations flow up to node-pushnotifications as a result. I've opened a PR on their repo to address it: parse-community/node-apn#216
