🖼️ feat: Re-enable LibreOffice PPTX Previews

Summary

The PPTX artifact preview falls back to the pptx-preview CDN renderer, which mangles colors, fonts and layout on generated decks (python-pptx / pptxgenjs).

• Installs libreoffice-impress (PPTX → PDF) and font-liberation (metric-compatible Arial/Times/Courier) in the runtime image.
• Sets IN_PROCESS_LIBREOFFICE_DISABLED back to false. Upstream paused native LibreOffice previews in ⏸️ fix: Pause LibreOffice Previews LibreChat-AI/LibreChat#16583 without giving a reason, so OFFICE_PREVIEW_LIBREOFFICE stopped working.

Notes

• Still opt-in: only tenants with OFFICE_PREVIEW_LIBREOFFICE=pptx use it. If the conversion fails or times out (30s), it falls back to the old preview.
• Image grows a few hundred MB.
• Re-check this when merging future upstream releases, in case upstream re-enables it or explains the pause.
