AI Resume Screener — Python LLM (Groq) Pydantic pypdf python-docx End-to-end resume-screening pipeline: parses PDF/DOCX resumes and JDs into structured, schema-validated data via LLM extraction, then scores and ranks candidates — enforcing structured JSON output to prevent hallucinated fields. ~60% ranking accuracy against a labelled test set.
