MiddleClick only invokes MIssion Control and nothing else

• I use a ProMotion-enabled (120Hz) display (built-in or external).
• [X ] I use the app with a trackpad.
• I use the app with a Magic Mouse.

Describe the bug
Three-finger tap only ever brings up Mission Control. Searched high and low but cannot find any way to change this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and launch MiddleClick
2. Perform 3-finger tap/click on Magic Trackpad
3. All it ever does is invoke Mission Control.

Expected behavior
I would like the three-finger tap/click to function as described and allow me to control browser tabs and paste text

Environment info

• macOS version: 26.3.1
• MiddleClick version: 3.1.3
