Middle Click + Drag Doesn't Work - Tahoe 26.4.1

• I couldn't find this bug described in a dedicated issue.
• The bug persists in the latest release of MiddleClick.
• I use a ProMotion-enabled (120Hz) display (built-in or external).
• I use the app with a trackpad.
• I use the app with a Magic Mouse.

Describe the bug
The middle click funtionality itself works, but when trying to drag with the middle click button, it does not. I've tried this on onshape and other similar programs to no avail. I've tried swapping my gestures to 4 finger on middle click, and on mac settings trackpad gestures, ensure three finger drag was disabled in accessability, disabled and enabled app accessability permissions. I've heard of other ppl with this same issue w/ the newest version of macOS.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an app or website that accepts middleclick drag as a control
2. Try middle click & drag
3. No work :(

Expected behavior
Input to app clickdown of middle click, holding click down while updating coordinates, clickup when released.

Yeah, I have this too. basically when 2 or more fingers are on the trackpad, the cursor dosen't move whatsoever.
enabling three finger drag is the only way to make cursor move when using multiple fingers on trackpad, as far as i know.
single finger deep click(or whatever its called) support might make it work, but it would be inconvinient for most of the use cases.
