Grouping settings get messed up when accessing from mobile companion app

I have several groupings setup in Simple Scheduler so I can quickly turn them off or on. However, I've noticed if I go into the phone app for home assistant and access simple scheduler, the next time I access home assistant from my desktop, all of my groupings will be gone and I have to recreate them or pull in a backup file to restore them.

I've tried several times, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Take a look in the /share/simplescheduler folder: make a copy of the group.dat file elsewhere
When the mess happens, take a look again and compare the file to the copy you made.
You can also share the two copies here so I can take a look

I also cannot get it to happen now. It was happening to me frequently before, but seems ok now. If it happens again I will get copies of the group.dat file

I have the exact same issue. Actions drop out of groups "randomly." I create a few groups and it's fine. I change the tab, go back to the Scheduler, and everything's scattered.

Could you help me restore the previous version? I don't want to delete everything and set it all up from scratch.

No one helped me to figure it out as I asked here, so it is very hard to understand what is happening.
BTW, in the next release the UI will be rewritten, so please be patient until then
