Summary
Bump to v3.2.1 to ship the one substantive fix that landed since v3.2.0:
Release flow
After this merges, cut a GitHub release with tag `v3.2.1`. The `publish.yml` workflow auto-fires on the `release.published` event and publishes to npm.
Tracking
Issue #15 captures the per-process apiKey re-encryption bug — that's a separate, larger fix and stays open after this release.
