README-only polish:
test/holds 93 top-level.mjsfiles; excluding theall.test.mjsdriver that is 92 test files, and the defaultnpm testsuite runs 86 (93 minus the driver and the 6 opt-out live/e2e files in its EXCLUDED set). Both spots now say 92 / 86.No code changes.
