- Add AreaColumnWidth (default 150) and MessageColumnWidth (default 400) DPs
- Preserve ShowColumnArea visibility behavior via new BoolAndDoubleToDoubleMultiValueConverter
- Wire new knobs into the sample side panel under a "Columns" group
- Document new properties in the control readme and the ValueConverters readme
