updated install-deps-suse.sh
new version of the script with support of both leap and tumbleweed using different functions for dependancies
fixing errors

The updated script has a separate function to install the dependancies of every opensuse distro(leap function,tumbleweed function) available,much easier to handle the different package names and versions between them. The script was tested on Leap 16 and a Tumbleweed distrobox container.
