feat(smartstone): collapse service gift field behind a button - #216
Conversation
Buyers were filling in the gift recipient by reflex and gifting services by mistake. The field now starts hidden behind a "Gift Service" button that slides it open, and collapsing it clears the name.

Stop the opening animation and disable the recipient input when collapsing.
If the buyer closes the panel before slideDown finishes, the queued opening callback can focus the input after collapse() clears it. The input remains enabled during slideUp, so a value entered during the closing animation is submitted as a gift even though aria-expanded="false". Stop the queued effect and disable the input on collapse. Re-enable it before opening.

People were filling in the "Gift to a character" field on character service products by reflex, gifting the service when they meant to use it themselves.
The field now starts hidden behind a "Gift Service" button. Clicking it slides the field open and focuses it; clicking again collapses it and clears the name, so a hidden recipient never gets submitted. On the variable char-change product the whole block still hides (and resets) while the non-giftable deleted character restoration variation is selected, same as in #213.
Only character services (CharChange) are affected. The other pages using the gift field (smartstone, item send, transmog) are unchanged.
Not tested against a live shop, only checked by reading.
