Adding PSSM-based protein feature calculation

Add calculation of the PSSM-based features, inspired by "Real value prediction of protein solvent accessibility using enhanced PSSM features" (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/9/S12/S12), which describes such features on a residue-base.
