Runs bridgelint as a pre-commit hook, so the existing lint job checks bridgev2 error reporting (message statuses, login and provisioning RespErrors, direct media errors and bridge states) on every push. Only error-severity findings fail the job, and verbose: true prints warnings on passing runs too.

Change

• Bump beeper/pre-commit-go from v0.4.2 to v0.5.0 and enable the bridgelint hook. Line endings in .pre-commit-config.yaml are kept as CRLF.

Current findings

On main, bridgelint reports no errors and 2 warnings, so the lint job passes and prints the warnings. bridgelint covers pkg/ltsm too, unlike the local go vet hook, so the first run is slower.
