Combining multiple video streams into one video

I'm looking for a solution to generate holographic pyramid video's from a single video stream. Would this be possible with this software? for an example of what I mean:

So it is something like combining video in a 9x9 grid as follows:

 v

Where the video is played 4 times combined rotated under a 90 degrees angle.
