Setup

• Clone repo
• npm install
• ./register-service
• sudo vim /etc/systemd/system/parity-healthcheck.service
• set ExecStart path for parity-healthcheck/index.js
• sudo systemctl daemon-reload
• cp config.example.js config.js
• sudo service parity-healthcheck start
