Removed the ww1 focuses for the ww2 Scenarios and added event to load ww1 focuses for ww1 scenarios.

1941 events will no longer pop up at the beginning of a 1942+ scenario.
same state that was fixed for 1945 is now fixed for 1944

finally fixed that state next to leningrad that germany controls in the 1945 scenario.
