Add input options: a) get script usage with -h or --help or when no args are given, b) specify a different namespace

$ /usr/bin/loadRestAPI.sh  
Usage: /usr/bin/loadRestAPI.sh {file_or_directory} [{graph_namespace}]
$ /usr/bin/loadRestAPI.sh -h
Usage: /usr/bin/loadRestAPI.sh {file_or_directory} [{graph_namespace}]
$ ./blazegraph_load_api.sh --help
Usage: /usr/bin/loadRestAPI.sh {file_or_directory} [{graph_namespace}]

It's not part of this PR, but also recommend that this script is renamed to:

  • /usr/bin/blazegraphLoadRestAPI.sh
