db_template.m and panel_ieeg.m modifications to support SEEG electrodes with 3 groups of contacts.
Use cases checked:
1. Placing DIXI D08-15CM microdeep electrode
2. Placing DIXI D08-18CM microdeep electrode
3. Defining a new Grouped SEEG electrode model with contact # divisible by 3
4. Defining a new Grouped SEEG electrode model with contact # not divisible by 3
5. Removing newly defined Grouped SEEG electrode model
6. Changing contact # for grouped SEEG electrode to a value not divisible by 3
