docs(deploy): show install.sh via get.palaia.ai/docker, not raw GitHub - #548

get.palaia.ai/docker (and the pinned get.palaia.ai/<tag>/docker) now proxy v3/deploy/install.sh. README and the docs install page use them; the onboarding test asserts the clean address and no raw GitHub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
