Updates Trufo-related soft binding algorithm entries in the authoritative C2PA soft binding algorithm list, including renaming/reframing existing watermark algorithms and adding new fingerprint algorithms.

- Replaces Trufo watermark
algvalues for identifiers 8 and 9 with new PawPrint watermark identifiers and expands theirdecodedMediaTypesto include audio/video. - Adds two new Trufo PawPrint fingerprint entries (identifiers 40 and 41).
