This directory contains my plasmid maps in the genbank flat
file format.  They were written by M. Wayne Davis' wonderful
plasmid editor: ApE.

A semi-complete database of plasmids in use at the Dinman
laboratory may be found at:

The backbones/ directory contains the sequence for as many
of the parental plasmids as I have been able to acquire.
