Summary

GitHub's licensee.rb was returning NOASSERTION because the LICENSE diverged from the canonical apache.org text (filled-in copyright placeholder + reflowed final paragraph).
Replace with verbatim https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt so the sidebar shows "Apache License 2.0".

Test plan

After merge: gh api repos/smithery-ai/agentjsx --jq .license.spdx_id should report Apache-2.0.
