What does this solve?

A user looking at the email and SMS template docs couldn’t find where to set the application logo used in Clerk emails. The guide explains how to customize template content and styling, but it didn’t make it clear that the email logo comes from the application settings in the Clerk Dashboard rather than from the template editor itself.

This update adds that missing clarification so users know where to upload or update the logo used in Clerk emails.

What changed

  • Adds a note to the email and SMS templates guide explaining that the email logo comes from the application settings in the Clerk Dashboard
  • Links users to the Settings page where they can upload or update their application logo

Pushed a small wording tweak directly in 7fd0df7.

  • Reworked the new logo note to lead with the action and end on it ("navigate to Settings… and upload your application logo under Branding"), trimming the comma pile-up from the earlier phrasing.
  • Verified the Settings → Branding → Logo upload against the dashboard source, and the content claim is unchanged.
