Summary
Adds a Workers framework guide for EmDash, the open-source CMS built on Astro (source). EmDash has no page on developers.cloudflare.com today, so people searching the docs for a CMS on Workers find nothing.
The guide is short and links out to the EmDash docs for depth:

astro.mdxgets a one-line pointer to it.Verified against
