Add comprehensive test coverage for all 12 feature packages

Current

• 51 tests exist in @coderooz/core (validators, manifest, merge, lock)
• Zero tests for any feature package

Required

• Unit tests for feature-design-system: ThemeProvider, color schemes, token resolution, theme persistence
• Unit tests for feature-components: Button variants, Input interactions, Dialog open/close, Snackbar auto-dismiss, BottomSheet, Skeleton variants, stack layout calculations
• Unit tests for feature-dynamic-pages: ConfigLoader (valid/invalid config), PageResolver (slug matching), Registry (register/resolve), VersionTracker (version compare, acknowledge, persistence), SectionRenderer, ErrorBoundary fallback
• Unit tests for feature-clerk: tokenCache, sign in/out flow, OAuth config
• Unit tests for feature-sqlite: migration runner, createTable/dropTable, schema versioning
• Tests for remaining feature packages

Acceptance

• Each feature package has min 5 tests
• All tests pass in CI
• Test coverage > 70% for engine packages (design-system, components, dynamic-pages)
