This PR adds Klustr to the Development Tools/Kit table, alongside the other desktop clients/IDEs already listed there (Lens IDE, Aptakube, K8Studio, Monokle).
What it is: a native (non-Electron, Wails/Go + React) cross-platform Kubernetes desktop client.
Highlights:
