Expose the vault's current token balance and max limit, add atomic multi-recipient withdrawals with aggregate operator-limit checks and one compatible event per payout, and add configurable owner-proposal expiry (seven-day default).
The balance getter reads the token contract's actual vault balance so direct transfers remain reflected, matching existing deposit and withdrawal accounting.
