Fixes #22

If your code can't find chrome, you can just use WEBDRIVERS_CHROME_BINARY and point that to where your chrome is located.

ugh... that failure should have been fixed by 163d757 which I literally just ran and it passed... 😕

It's definitely a race condition because just re-running it passes. I'll call it good enough for now and open an issue
