Indentation isn't super-consistent in this project, but continuation lines are indeed four-spaces rather than an 8-column tab. |

during the review of PR #81.
This fixes indentation of table headers in the Metrics
sections of
function_page()andfile_page()insrc/cscout.cpp to use tabs consistently.
