Include the approved Next.js and Zod security patch, portable clipboard shortcuts, and landing language-menu regression coverage. Native Windows CI remains pending.
The extensionless ping invocation can retain argv[0] as ping, so the shared Go fixture mistakenly consumed application exit codes. Identify the loaded ping.exe via os.Executable and assert the extensionless call cannot increment the child counter. Preserve all restart, backoff and language assertions.

Run stock/engine integration fixtures in owned schemas within the supplied scopeweaver_test_* database, preserving NOCREATEDB test roles and connection options. Verify pooled search paths, parent fixture preservation and cleanup. Update both verification guides to replace the child-database requirement. Protect both real terminal-tool GoalMet/Reason writes and the planner result snapshot when cancellation returns while a tool handler is still finishing. Keep public fields, proof receipts and completion precedence unchanged. Verification: least-privilege CREATE DATABASE regressions fail before and pass after with URL and keyword DSNs; broad race group passes three repeats (174 agent / 204 server events). All isolated Go packages ran: 2151 pass, 1 inherited startup-bind shutdown failure, 3 opt-in skips. The same shutdown failure reproduces 3/10 times on untouched f354c92 and remains out of scope. Go build, vet and diff checks pass. Browser QA is coordinated separately.
Own scheduler cancellation and bounded completion before closing its database, retaining the pool on timeout for a safe retry. Cover stalled SQL, concurrent close retries, pre-canceled startup, and occupied-port shutdown. Use native clipboard shortcuts across platforms and update only compatible advisory-affected dependencies; preserve assertions and CI gates.
Qualify terminal completion using authentic tool results and retain timeout settlement. Patch the pinned Norma source for executor context races, compaction pacing, summary consolidation, overflow recovery and retry-fixture initialization. Forward configured model windows to Noa, including 250K and 1M, and run the nested SDK suite in backend CI. Preserve raw history, output limits and existing locale/provider contracts.

…s close (#50) Background loops started in server.New wrote PostgreSQL after the server context was cancelled, so an immediate serve failure could log "database is closed". DrainChats now waits for them; the log writer stops inserting once the context is done.
The dev port pinned next 16.4.1 and zod 4.6.6, downgrading dev's next ^16.4.3. Restore dev's package.json and lockfile; dev already clears npm audit.

Preserve the seven existing working files without changing their bytes. This is an incomplete recovery snapshot, not a merge-ready candidate. Prompt/catalog input, dev reconciliation and final QA remain pending.

Reconcile PR40 receipt observers and explicit SQL cancellation/join with dev session ownership, server-wide background drain, and enrichment close. Track the same scheduler in both shutdown owners without launching it twice. Keep in-flight log SQL alive during server drain, but let direct StopDB cancel both restoration and insertion before joining its writer. Preserve the dev scheduler cancellation boundary and test its first watermark only. Validation: go build ./...; focused shutdown 48 pass events; focused race server/agent 59 pass events; independent reconciliation review PASS. The full suite remains blocked by catalog and finding-tool test failures; no checks or translations were disabled, skipped, or loosened to hide them.
Add the five current metadata entries in each catalog and remove only the obsolete Assess-goals key, preserving the strict 1,987 production-key check. Locale and historical stock/schema checks pass. Independently reviewed for meaning and literal identifiers; blocked planner/worker values are unchanged.
Make cmd/artex and llmrec participate in the existing shared test DB lock. The server child uses its parent lock while retaining its own DSN guard. Leave reporter seeding retryable after agent creation fails, preserving custom agents and deliberate deletion once seeding has succeeded. Keep dependent migrations retryable until reporter creation succeeds. Regression tests fail before each fix. Default parallel go test ./... passes with 2680 test/subtest pass events, zero failures and four existing skips; go build ./... and independent reviews pass.
Cancel and join the real server after HTTP shutdown so task activity writes do not outlive the fixture pool. Surface drain and manager-close failures. The opted-in fresh-database E2E passes (Go 1, Node 3), and the observed post-test database-is-closed log falls from one to zero. Independent lifecycle review passes; existing guards and assertions are retained.
