Measure available disk space, operating system, and architecture on standard Ubuntu x64, Ubuntu ARM64, and Intel macOS runners before preparing maintained OpenCode CLI builds. The job runs only for this repository's capacity-probe branch targeting
dev, keeps the existing jobs unchanged, and preserves a small JSON report even when the 20 GiB free-space check is blocked.Validation: actionlint passed, independent review found no blocking issues, and a real local run correctly reported
