Test against the two currently maintained Kubernetes minors at their latest stable patch levels (confirmed via dl.k8s.io/release/stable-*.txt), replacing the now-superseded v1.35.5/v1.36.1 pair, and update all in-repo references (README, docs, AGENTS.md, integration-test-runner agent) to match.
