I checked this against current main (026e646). The provider-provenance change from merged #396 is still present: request submission captures resultProvider, and the result labels read that saved value instead of the current selector. That addresses the source mechanism described in the original report, so I’m avoiding a duplicate patch.

This is source verification, not a new browser reproduction. If the issue now concerns a distinct late-response ordering case, a current reproduction would help scope that separately.
