Summary
Disable browser autocomplete on person and place search fields in the data entry form.
Browser autocomplete suggestions can look similar to the WAMTRAM search results. If a browser-suggested value is selected, the visible field may be populated without setting the associated person ID or place code. This can be misleading because the value is then displayed in the Review Summary but may not be saved to the entry.
Changes
Disabled browser autocomplete for:
Existing WAMTRAM search and selection behaviour remains unchanged.
Existing "Remember Entered by" behaviour remains unchanged.
Existing “Observation Date & Time” and “Latitude & Longitude” keep autocomplete.
