I solved the problem by copying my data and settings, removing the previous installation, and creating a new installation with the latest version, 13. It works fine now.

i solved this by editing the wgp_config.json file and removing from the enabled_plugins list "wan2gp-prompt-studio". then running it again. it might be a different plugin that is causing your problem, so try removing each plugin from the list one at a time until you find the culprit.
make sure to save a copy first of your wgp_config.json file and call it wgp_config.old.json
