- Automatic language-based VP and state localization script, with the addition of multiple language groups
- Reworked land/air/navy OOBs, military leaders, high command, organizations and military-related technologies: AST, CAN, DEN, EST, IRE, LAT, LIT, NZL, SAF, SIA
- Removed non-MTG naval OOBs and history file tech
- Improved unit voice support for multiple tags
- Hundreds of updated and new portraits
- Reworked historical railways and supply hubs (limited tags)
- Fixed UK southern shore gfx issue by updating colormap_rgb_cityemissivemask_a
- Improved unit model support and consistency for all tags
- Fixed "giant horse model" bug when zooming into the map
- Historical population rebalancing for multiple tags
- Historical railway, infrastructure, VP and building slot rework for multipel regions/countries
- Reworked focus tree for NIC
- Tannu Tuva's focus tree has been integrated into a generic-based one
